Mindful Snacking

Children must have a balanced and varied diet in their daily. In your balanced meal, you can eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, protein-rich foods, and alternatives to dairy and fortified soy. Choose meal, drink, and snack options having limited added sugars, saturated fat, and sodium. We also have to remember that the amount of food depends on age, sex, and level of physical activity. That's why it's important to communicate with your child's pediatric doctor.

The correct diet for children is important for their development. It can determine the correct way the organism works, and it can prevent some factors.

Here we will leave some snacks that you can make for your children.

1.Yogurt popsicle

2. Raisin snack packets

3. Sweet Baked Fries

4. Fruit shake

5. Oatmeal

6. Popcorn
